impressed with the hospitality

i found spacious rooms equipped with modern amenities. the infused water was a tasty addition. the breakfast had many local traditional delicacies (i really liked the pastries).
the bed was quite hard. memory foam toppers on the mattress would enhance comfort.

the staff were friendly and helpful . they catered to every need and concern i presented. the hotel staff always prepared bosnian coffee for us each morning.

The staff was professional and friendly. The room was very clean. I found great coffee and sweets at the lobby caffe. The hotel is conveniently close to shopping and the city center. Restaurants are within walking distance from this hotel. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the modern design.
The bed felt firm and was not very comfortable.
